Was into cold calling, leads generation, managing CRM, handling inbound sales, customer support, sending out emails and explaining the Saas Products. Evaluated current service needs and product satisfaction levels with established customers to improve offerings. Maintained thorough records of prospective client contacts and interactions in CRM. Collaborated with sales, marketing and other internal teams to meet shared goals. Developed deep understanding of customer needs, priorities and pain points to deliver customized service. Qualified leads by scheduling introductory discovery meetings and calls.

Performed duties in accordance with applicable standards, policies and regulatory guidelines to promote safe working environment. Food shows like Mirvaan, Food Fiesta & Dawat- e-shah came on FoodXP channel. My main job was to hide inconsistencies in lighting and maintain quality within the scopes/metre.
