Prestige Avon is planned as a calm, low-density residential space rather than a crowded high-rise cluster. The project includes four towers, each rising to G+16 floors, with only 230 apartments in total The homes themselves are built for families who value space, with layouts ranging from large 3 BHK units to expansive 5 BHK residences.
