Hello, just wanted to write a brief post about my last trip with United Airlines ALB Terminal. My family and I, I was preparing myself for disaster. But seriously? The experience at the United Airlines took me aback—in a good way. We got there approximately two hours prior, and as soon as we entered the terminal, all of it was serene and straightforward. There was no long line at the United check-in, and the workers there were pleasant and accommodating. One of them even gave my daughter a pair of “junior wings,” which made her whole day.
